Government Relations Coordinator
Siarrah Pryor brings a strong foundation in legislative strategy, political engagement, and stakeholder relations to her work at Two Capitols Consulting. Based in Richmond, she supports clients by tracking legislation, monitoring policy developments, and conducting in-depth research to inform strategic advocacy efforts.
Before joining the firm, Siarrah served as a government relations coordinator for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, where she advanced the Chamber’s advocacy agenda by engaging directly with legislators, preparing bill summaries, and coordinating legislative briefings and events. Her experience also includes key roles with the Democratic Party of Virginia, where she strengthened relationships with local committees, elected officials, and candidates, managed communications and website content, and helped organize fundraising events and major political initiatives.
A magna cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Siarrah earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in government and a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Her passion for global perspectives was further shaped by a study abroad experience in Eastern Africa, where she conducted research on democracy and political systems across five countries.
Siarrah combines her policy knowledge with a talent for communication and relationship-building, helping clients navigate complex political landscapes and achieve their legislative goals. A native of Virginia Beach, Siarrah currently resides in Richmond and enjoys exploring the trails around the city, reading and traveling.
